Pretty Girls Heal (PGH) is a Sisterhood of Change-Makers, dedicated to supporting women (16+) on their journey of healing, transmute pain into power to help heal, grow & thrive as the best version of themselves.

We prioritize sisterhood and create safe spaces to empower, support & connect with women as they heal and fall back in love with themselves at their own pace.

PGH provides accessible and trauma-informed events, workshops/trainings, tools & resources that promote
