sHIPPING

You can place orders anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note that orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Once processed, orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

After your order has been shipped, any delays or issues related to the delivery process are the responsibility of the shipping carrier, such as USPS or UPS. We have no direct control over their operations or the speed of their services.

In the event of a delayed or late package, we recommend contacting the respective shipping carrier directly. They have the necessary tools and resources to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding your shipment.

When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.is international Shipping available? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to help you keep track of your package.

what is pickup- ATL?

This in-person shipping option is by appointment only for Atlanta residents only. After placing your order, you will receive a booking link to schedule a convenient time to pick up your order.

We currently only ship within the United States.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

Due to the impact of COVID-19, we have implemented certain limitations regarding returns and exchanges. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is important to consider this policy before making a purchase.

Once an order is placed, it goes directly into the shipment process. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations or changes. We kindly request that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
